Making your skin B E A U T I F U L

Have you ever woken up looked in the mirror and saw a pimple pop out of nowhere. Lucky for me it happen this morning. :'(  Thankfully I'm quipped for this kind of emergency. Went shopping with my friend the other day and went to Lush to buy a new facial mask. (My favorite is Love Lettuce, it's for skin that's oily)
So I bought love lettuce and got home put the mask on and read a book (currently reading looking for Alaska). The next morning I woke up and went to look at myself in the mirror and to my surprise the pimple was gone.  I couldn't of been happier. So if you're having pimples problems I promise lush is the right place to go.

Giving up junk food

Let's be honest here, giving up junk food can be very hard. Especially because junk food is really yummy and it tastes so good. Well this year we're going to change that habit of eating to much junk food and not exercising enough. Before I get into anything let me introduce myself. Hey, I'm your fresh fool blogger. I'm going to help you every step of the way getting rid of those cravings while giving you healthy tips about... well pretty much everything. Every once in a while I'll talk about products I use to keep my skin clear, a healthy breakfast meal, kids night to cook, getting rid of pimples and plenty more. This blog isn't only about becoming fit. It's about looking good while today it. ;) I will be posting a lot of stuff from Raw For Beauty. If you check them out that's pretty cool. So this post I'm going to talk about giving up junk food. When I say giving up junk food, I don't mean you have to give it up fully. Because there is nothing wrong with spoiling yourself every once in a while. What I do mean is giving up junk food daily. A lot of people think of junk food has maccas, chips and soda. So not true!!!! Junk food is unhealthy food, so pretty much food that not organic. I be honest today was not a good day, I spoiled myself. I went to the movies and bought chocolate popcorn, (which is amazing by the way) coke zero, (which isn't even healthier then the normal coke) a packet of chips and good old McDonalds. I got to admit not a good start to the healthy year, so thank god today was my treat day. Giving up junk food is going to be hard but you need to get over it. 
Here are a few tips to help you:
1. Replace junk food with healthy food. Get rid of the unhealthy option and start being fruits and veggies. 
2. Replace bad carbs with good carbs. 
e.g Bad carbs-french fries
good carbs-whole meal bread
3. Eat before you go out so you're not tempted to eat out.
